ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard Front usb 3

I have heard that the ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard doesnt have front usb 3 but then i seen something that said it does cause of the flexible usb 2 can someone explain fully.

The manual says this

This Flexible USB 2.0 header allows users to connect a front USB 3.0 panel, and support two USB ports with 2.0/1.1 data rate.

Which means you can connect a USB 3 cable to it. But it'll only be USB 2 / 1.1 speed
