You're running a motherboard with only 5 VRMs, none of which are cooled. You're also using a stock cooler, which is only designed to handle the heat produced at stock settings.

I highly advise against overclocking on your current setup.

Seasonic M12ii 520w Bronze EVO Edition? If so, it's good to go. That model will not complain about overclocking.

What will hold you back is your motherboard and CPU cooler. However, I don't recommend putting more money into an FM2+ system since the platform no longer competes with Intel at all. I'd recommend making the change to Intel Skylake. Note that an i3 6100 will run circles around your current CPU.

ill be doing a lot of multitasking,would it be a big margin on multitasking and encoding against quad or octa from FX and apus.if the difference is 25% or less i wouldn´t care
