I apologize in advance for similar threads, I know there are a few out there but have not found an exact answer to my issue. After assembling my PC I was attempting a test run to make sure it would boot BIOS, but there was no video signal. All of my connections are there, all of my parts are compatible based on Asrock's site, and I know my CPU is working because I tested it by removing the RAM (I received three beeps). I am fairly new to PC builds, and I appreciate any help!

Solution
I think I figured it out! The graphics card has a switch on the back that determines BIOS mode (UEFI or Legacy), and I switched it to Legacy mode and it worked right away on HDMI. Everything is working like it should now, and all that's left now is putting an OS on the system. Thanks again for the help

After checking RAM, there were no issues with the RAM. I know my CPU and mobo combo requires a dedicated graphics card (no onboard graphics on mine), and I tested it on an extra monitor I had. The HDMI still doesn't work (I'm hoping after installing drivers it'll work), but I can at least get video through the DVI slot for initial setup! I won't be getting a CD drive until later this week, but should that fix the HDMI issue?
