ASRock FX990 Extreme9

I am running http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820403002 which I know is compatible with full Win 7 Ultimate and running AMD FX 9590. I get 7.95 available then I go into my bios and move it to the correct latency (that mobo allows me) and I get it to recognize but it resets after a few minutes. Anyone have any luck with these?
