Asrock g41c-Gs r2.0 won't work

The mobo is new out of the box. I have tried multiple cpus ,psus and ram. the most i can get out of it is a 3 beep error when it has no ram installed. Other than that I can't get anything out of it, no display, no beeps, nothing. It just sits there and spins the fans. I have to hold down the power button to turn it off

DDR3 is low density RAM for that model. Most memory manufacturers no longer make low density memory. You can still find it sold on eBay.
