asrock g41m-vs3 + gtx 750ti

Hey everyone
My concern us the following: i want to buy a gtx 750ti for my graphic card but i dont know is it gonna work with that motherboard,also i have a low psu but in the invidia site it says min 300w psu,so here are all the specs:

Xeon e5420 @ 2.5ghz - cpu
4gb ddr3
350w fortron psu
Asrock g41-vs3

Any help or suggestions for gpus are welcome

Edit the pc gonna be used mainly for playing path of exile

should work if you get a 750ti which doesn´t need an extra PCIe power connector

Which is the 1gb i guess,not the 2gb oc version?
