[SOLVED] Asrock G41M-VS3 Ram Running at 1000 MHZ

Hi
I recently upgrade my CPU to Core-2 Quad 9550@2.83 GHZ. I have installed two 4gb DDR3 ram (total=4*2=8 Gb). The problem is my ram running at speed of 500MHZ (Please look below photos).I think it should run at 1333 MHZ speed but i don't know much about it that's why all Bios settings are by default.
Can you please help me to get proper ram speed for this PC? is it can work only 1066 MHZ?
And after checking the motherboard features it shows 1333(OC) for DDR3 so, if i upgrade my Ram at 1333Mhz will it burn or can have any damage? Also i don't know any voltage or anything i should change for get proper speed of ram.

For your kind information My bios is updated. FSB jumper set to 2-3 pin & CPU FSB 1333 MHZ.

Pic3.....set the ram speed to 667...........test
