ASRock Gigabyte 3 or 5

Hello guys

I'm Building a PC on pcpartpicker site and now I'm stuck on motherboards, I just wan't to get cheapest one that can run 2way sli on 3.0 pcie. And cheapest one is ASrock extreme 3 for $95.
for $96 I can get Gigabyte z97x gaming 5 so its only 1 dollar difference... z97x gaming 3 is more exspensive lol...So can you guys suggest me which one should I go for which one is better?
Also 1 more question I ll probably OC CPU i5 4690k which is cheaper than 4670k lol.And i'm also stuck on CPU coolers Hyper 212 EVO is cheap.So I was thinking if 212 evo would be enough for OC to 4.3ghz.But I also heard that Hyper 212 EVO is just better from 1-3C than stock cooler.Any suggestions?

the evo cooler is a great gaming cooler i have used it a few times. it a large brick of a cooler so make sure your case can fit a 160mm tall unit.

go with the gaming 5 mb for one dollar more. it has higher end sound chipset and gaming ethernet card.

if your going to use a gaming headphones the built in amp will make the sound thought them a lot better then the lower end sound cards/chipsets.

Well but if I have open case it would probably fit any case.But I don't know whats better some say open cases is better and has lower temps but its get dirty faster.What do you think?Is open case better or closed?Dirty is not problem I would clean pc.

if you go with the newer gaming cases they have the top open with grills for water coolers or extra fans. they also have room on the bottom of the case for a fan.

look this case has 5 fans that can be installed. front fans blow into the case the rear fan out and the top two blow out.
newer case let the heat flow up and out of the case. bench cases or open cases have one bad weakness. there open to have people drop things into them..change...paper clips..water..food. lot of dead pc postings on here are people with cases lower and next to there desks and they spill water into the top of the case and short there pc outs.
