I bought a ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ motherboard. I set the whole thing up, and it wouldn't power one. It turns on briefly, the CPU fan starts to spin, then it clicks and turns off again.
RAM, CPU, hard drive and power supply were all brand new as well. I had an extra power supply that I tested (which worked last time I used it), same problem. I returned the motherboard and I got a replacement and it's exhibiting the same problem. So I think it's not a defective motherboard. I've tried with one stick or RAM or two sticks. Same problem.
Thanks!!

- Should I be able to boot without a GPU installed?
- Am I missing a power connector somewhere? Check the below image for how I have it set up. I have two power connectors hooked up at the moment (circled in red)
