[SOLVED] ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ motherboard powers on and off again. Has anyone experienced this before?

I bought a ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ motherboard. I set the whole thing up, and it wouldn't power one. It turns on briefly, the CPU fan starts to spin, then it clicks and turns off again.
RAM, CPU, hard drive and power supply were all brand new as well. I had an extra power supply that I tested (which worked last time I used it), same problem. I returned the motherboard and I got a replacement and it's exhibiting the same problem. So I think it's not a defective motherboard. I've tried with one stick or RAM or two sticks. Same problem.

• Should I be able to boot without a GPU installed?
• Am I missing a power connector somewhere? Check the below image for how I have it set up. I have two power connectors hooked up at the moment (circled in red)

I've built maybe 7 or 8 other computers before and haven't ever run across anything like this. Any thoughts on how to narrow down what the problem is?

and that cpu have no igpu. don't know why you connecting the dvi to the motherboard

Well there. That was easy. I didn't realize that you could have a motherboard that would take socket 1151 CPUs but not ALL socket 1151 CPUs.

Why is there a dvi if there isn't igpu?
