Question Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ odd Beep Code Error, help needed

So I picked up an Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ mobo recently and I'm getting this odd beep code of 18 short beeps.

Testing it out of the case as follows:
i3-7100
4GB Kingston DDR4 2133 (single stick)
GTX 650
NZXT Hale 550w

Now, I have also tried a i7-6600k, Onboard Graphics, Other sticks of DDR4 and I know everything that I am putting into the motherboard works. If anyone knows what this might be please let me know!

I called Asrock direct and the guy just said I have to RMA, which I will do but it takes a few days to get the approval etc. Hoping someone here might have a solution.

Because the MB got the weird beep code, just RMA it. Sometime you will not find the solution.
