first and foremost, i am still pretty lousy when it comes to pc knowledge i got this pc for the low price of free99 in not working condition but everything on it "kinda" works its been stripped of ram gpu cooler and everything was completely unplugged ive put a new cooler, ram that i double checked works and plugged everything in to "the best of my ability" i hit the power button and everything immediately lights up case fans start spinning but the cpu fan flicks a few times before actually spinning up and theres no video output to hdmi or vga im not sure what im missing. it should at least show something right?

intel i3-6100
8gb ram
rosewill 450w power supply
1tb toshiba hdd

replace the CMOS battery

power supply is connected completely to the motherboard?
Did you plug in the 8pin EPS/ATX for CPU plus the 24pin ATX main power to the motherboard?
Which exact Rosewill 450W model is it? Maybe i doesn´t support the CPU power stages, if too old

the 6100 was supported till BIOS version P1.20, the 1st release was version P1.10. Maybe the BIOS on the board is not supporting the 6100 if it´s still P1.10
