ASRock H110M ITX ac and Pentium G4560 not booting, no display

I'm making a build for a friend who had just delivered the parts to me last night. I finished the computer this morning after I had made sure the parts were working, and after I plugged it into a monitor, nothing. Fans were spinning and no HDMI output from the motherboard or the graphics card.

CPU: Pentium G4560
Mobo: ASRock H110M ITX a/c
GPU: EVGA GTX 1050Ti
PSU: Silverstone 300W SFX
Case: Silverstone ML08
Storage: 500GB Seagate Momentus
RAM: 2x4GB Crucial DDR4-2133

You need a B250 board or a Skylake CPU to update the BIOS on the H110 board.
