ASRock H110M vs. ASRock H170M

I'm looking to build my build for the first time and I would like a quiet solid mobo which would least long, however my budget doesn't allow me to go for the Z-type of motherboards. Currently I'm looking at: ASRock H110M-ITX/ac Mini ITX and ASRock H170M-ITX/ac Mini ITX.

Either would work fine for your setup, they are more or less the same motherboard with a different chipset. H110 should be fine for your build, here is article that goes into the differences between the chipsets if you want to know.
