Hi all, wanna ask, my PC wont start booting after installing new RAM

i have :

Motherboard : Asrock H55M-LE
installed RAM : TEAM Elite 1x8G DDR3 1600

Problem : detected, but can booting windows. restarted after 'windows starting up logo'

RAM vendor says that my Mobo cant support 1x8, so he recommend to change with Corsair Value Select 1x4G DDR3 1333c9

but same problem happen.

my old RAM work fine : Team Elite 1G 1333

Solution
The MB can only support up to 8GB, it has 2x DIMM slots, so the 1X8GB will not work.
For the 1x4G DDR3 1333c9, you may clear the CMOS by removing the battery or using the jumper, check your MB manual. After that, try reboot the PC to see your PC will run or not. If it does not run you may go into the BIOS tweak the memory setting, like the timing. And try buy the better RAM, not the Corsair Value Select RAM.
