As long as it has an available PCI-Ex16 slot, any new graphics card will be compatible.

ok ty for answer. But before i try use it vga on my old asus maximus 4 extreme (p67) and no video detect. Try change pcie slots, fully reinstall, latest bios update and no video detect. put it to friends mb asus p8p67 evo and work fine on him.

at moment i got i7-2600k asus maximus 4 extreme (p67) 2x4 gb muskin rams psu its corsair hx1050 and run on 580 gtx.
