Question Asrock H670-ITX no display on startup

Having trouble after my build with display from ASRock H670M running an i9-12900 KF. PSU is Corsair SF750, Memory Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 32GB. On startup outside of case there is no display to a monitor via HDMI or Display port. Have flashed the updated BIOS on this MOBO and no change. Also tried to reset the CMOS and that didn't do anything either. This is actually board number two as I thought the first board was defective. Maybe this is just not working with the CPU. Very strange. Thinking about ordering a different brand MOBO since this experience has been highly unusual. If anyone can advise what to potentially do that would be great. Are you certain that this GPU works? That model was introduced in 2016.

It was brand new when I ordered it and needed it to run 4 monitors. I would assume it works after being placed into the PCIE.

I did try the MOBO HDMI and Display Port but I would assume those will not work as the CPU does not have on board graphics.

Yeah I can try, also may have access to another GPU to try that as well.
