Hi,

I'm building a new system based on the MB above. Unfortunately the PC won't POST, there is nothing being displayed through the HDMI port. I've done the basic debugging steps without any luck and I'm at a loss on what to try next.

Setup:
  • Intel i5-12500
  • ASRock H670m-ITX motherboard
  • Kingston FURY Beast 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3600MHz DDR4 RAM
  • CPU Cooler Noctua L12S
  • Seagate FireCuda 530, 1 TB, Internal Solid State Drive - M.2 PCIe Gen4 ?4 NVMe 1.4
  • Seasonic 650W Focus GX PSU
Behaviour:
  • When power supply is connected, green light on MB is on
  • When power button is pressed CPU fan spins (nothing on screen)
  • After 5 to 10s, the board seems to reset (audible click from PSU)
  • This continues over and over.
What I've tried
  • Removing any non-necessary connection to the motherboard. Currently I only have MB and CPU power connector connected, CPU FAN and POWERBTN jumper connected to the MB
  • Clear the CMOS
  • Resit the RAM
  • Resit the CPU
Any idea on what could be happening and any steps to try?
