ASRock H77 Pro4 / MVP or Msi ZH77A-G41

Im building a rig for a friend and wanted to know which of the two is a better choice in terms of quality, future proofing, and features.

He's not much into playing games, rather an audiophile and data junkie.

Get the asrock h77 pro 4 mvp, it has a better onboard audio(realtek ALC892, the msi has a lower one, the ALC887), the asrock board has two more sata III ports.
