asrock h81 pro btc r2.0 stuck on american megatrends splash screen

tried everything to get this to work

g3258 cpu
2x hyperx fury 4gb ram
1050w seasonic platinum psu
Kingston v300 120gb ssd

I can access bios but it isn't the asrock setup utility.
how come it doesn't have the asrock bios?
please help.
