Question AsRock h81m-dgs strange problem

Hello, I have a strange issue with my mobo asrock h81m-dgs.
When I press power button mobo start spinning but no bios post, no video… nothing happens. When i press restart sometimes pc boot normally, when I turn off (long press on pwr button) and than turn on pc boot normally.
I have changed bios battery, ram memory, psu (couple of them), cpu, graphic card, without graphic (integrated graphic active), get mobo from the pc case.
Someone with the simillar issue?

Yep everything. Also there is no beeps.
