Will this motherboard work right out of the box with the i5 4460 considering its chipset?

If not, will these work?

Help me choose between the 3 considering fan headers, usb headers, usb 3.0 etc.

I'm starting a new mini-ITX build very soon in the Corsair 250D with these specs:
i5 4460
Corsair h100i GTX
ASRock H81M-ITX (or not..)
2x4GB DDR3
Zotac GTX 970
EVGA SuperNova 750 B2
ADATA 240GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

If I had to update the BIOS, I could do that with a flash drive right? Have you heard anything about doing this with ASRock boards on whether it would be difficult?

if the bios was 1.6 but less then 2.2 bios that out now. it takes three steps to update bios on new mb now, when you install windows and get online with the new pc go to the mb vendor web page download the newest bios file aand unzip it to a usb stick. leave the usb stick plugged in and reboot into the bios. on the main bios screen there be a utility tab under that tab is the mb bios updater. click on it and then point the updater to the usb stick. it read the newest bios file and then update the bios for you. after the mb reboots you have to save the default bios settinga...reboot into windows then go back into the bios check ram xmp profile settings and sata chipset settings and then set back any of your boot settings like fast boot and turn off mb logo at post.
