Hello guys,

I have a problem with my new installation that is giving me grey hairs….long before time!

I just rebuild my installation as follows :

CPU - Intel® Core™ i5-4670 Processor
MOBO – ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance
GPU – Sapphire R9 280X Toxic 3Gb
HDD - TOSHIBA PH3300U-1I72 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
HDD – WD Blue 320 Gb 7500 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
RAM – 16 Gb Kingston 1333 Mhz CL9
COOLING - Three AC Arctic F12
POWER - Be quiet! Pure Power CM BQT L8-CM-730W Modular (730 Watt continuous)

So Problem 1

When I first boot, the Mobo just stayed on the Boot Screen.
So I unplugged the 3 Tb Disk and then it boot to the 320 Gb disk that had no Os.
If I plugged in the 3Tb disk again the same happens.

Any idea why with the 3 Tb Disk in the Mobo wouldn't boot or allow any Fn key do react? This disk had my old Windows installation.

So after this ……I did a new install of Win7 in the 320 Gb Drive. And all of the sudden after It was installed and updating it crashed!!!

Now it just stays in the Mobo entry screen and I cannot even get my Windows DVD to boot for a new installation, because when I select boot from DVD Drive I just get stuck in a black screen!

So past my issue with the 3Tb disk I would now be happy to get my System to boot from the DVD to install windows 7 again

Please help before I jump out of the window:pt1cable:
