Asrock H97M Anniversary vs MSI H97M-G43 vs B85 for i5 4590?

Hello gents,

I am currently contemplating buying one of these motherboards and mating it with an i5 4590:

Asrock H97M Anniversary
MSI H97M-G43

I've been also considering going with just a B85 Mobo instead and have found these two: (
Gigabyte GA-B85M-Gaming 3
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
(I know that a lot of B85 mobos need a BIOS update to work with the Haswell Refresh processors though)

So among these, which do I pick? They're roughly the same price with the Gaming-3 5 dollars cheaper and the D3H roughly 10 USD cheaper... Or are there any other mobos I should consider? (Note prices may be different here in the Philippines. Also, I don't plan on OC-ing and upgrading anytime soon)

@SR-71 Blackbird: Why should I go gigabyte? I do know that they're a great brand... but isn't the B85 chipset a step down? If I do go with them: which of those two B85 mobos should I get?

^I checked, and the motherboard you've posted is around 5-10 USD more expensive here. Seems nice, but I'm really looking to minimize costs so I only listed the cheapest H97 Mobos I could find (which are those two). Still... I might be able to shell out a bit more to get that

Out of the 2 , I would go for the Asrock.

If you want to minimize costs, try looking for a 4570, it doesn't needs a BIOS update to work on H81/B85 chipsets
