I was thinking if I get like an Intel i3-4170, is there a chance I can enable VT-d to use Bluestacks? I'm asking because I downloaded the manual for the motherboard even though I haven't bought it yet and it says "unsupported" in the screenshot.

if the motherboard says unsupported then its unsupported. does it say if it supports intel visualization technology?
EDIT:
the CPU and motherboard doesn't support intel's visualization technology (VT-D)

OK, according to messages that I read on other sites, Bluestacks is apparently single threaded so a dual core should suffice. And VT-d is apparently for device usage and VT-x is for virtualization. I suppose I could have been fine with the i3-4170. But, I found a super sale on eBay for an i3-6100 which I bought (supposedly new) for $46 US (or $61 CAD). I just realized the seller only had 1 feedback so who knows if I got scammed. I guess if I am scammed I might get reimbursed by Paypal.
OK, I ordered Kingston HyperX HX421C14FBK2/8 RAM (2x4GB) and Gigabyte GA-H170M-D3H motherboard. I want to use a Coolermaster Gemini M4 heatsink on the CPU but I'm still waiting for the i3-6100.
