ASrock J3455 mobo automatically shuts down occasionaly! No game or no cpu load.

-Updated to a new fresh latest window 10 install
(turned off/on fast startup etc.)
-Updated mobo bios v1.30.

It still shutdown related to anything. Idle, no load, high load doesnt matter.

I see the window 10 shutdown blue screen. It is not sudden power off but bios date goes to 2.11.2080 and need F1 to contunie at the post screen.

Just looking event viewer system logs. There is the ID6008.

Now testing for the i/o conflicts and I just unplugged all the inputs(ethernet, usb wifi, usb touchscreen etc) expect the keyboard and usb monitor.
It is now okay for 20 minutes. I will see what happens for the next two hour.

Any ideas?

Yes I checked the temperatures. Its around 40c-50c degree even at load.
No shutdown in the BIOS menu but bios does not detect my sSD anymore so I cant go back to Windows.

Hi,

I have this motherboard, too. Can you provide the RAM configuration? On the spec page, it is said:

2 x DDR3/DDR3L SO-DIMM Slots*
  • Supports DDR3/DDR3L 1866/1600/1333 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
  • Max. capacity of system memory: 16GB**

*2GB DRAM per module is not supported.

Another might be related to SSD failure. Before my OCZ Vetrix 120GB SSD dead, Windows crash frequently. Therefore, maybe you may try another SSD and see if it's improved.

Wish it helps!
