ASRock M8 Build... What do you guys think?

I'm looking at this case more and more and the idea of a mini ITX build sounds fun. My current desktop has a 7970 in it that I'd want to port over to this M8. The powersupply that comes with it is a 450 watt. Would that be enough power to push this video card? What do you guys think about the case in general?

Actually the better question is... How difficult would it be to put a different power supply in it?

Yes but it probably wouldn't be very difficult at all to replace the PSU with a 650W PSU.
