Asrock mb no post, 3 beeps, UEFI code 54 with ram, 19 without RAM

Hello everybody.

My pc was working fine and it suddenly powered off. I tried powering it on again a few times but it worked normally for few seconds and thet shuts off. When i open the case i discovered that the CPU fan's braket got broken and fan was loose.
I replaced the bracket, but now when i turn the PC on it beeps three long beeps then a pause, and debug code is 54. I tried cleaning ram and soket but nothing. When i run the PC whithout ram, ir beeps 3 times too, and gives debug code 19.
I tried clearing resting UEFI with no difference.

Anyone have any idea what could be the problem. I havent tried testing other rams but the debug code confuses me.

ASRock debug codes 01 - 54: Problem related to memory. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules.
