[SOLVED] ASRock motherboard installation issues

I have recently built a new computer with the following specs:
Intel i-7 9700k
ASRock z390 pro4
Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb
780w power supply
Seagate barracuda hdd

The issue I have is when I try to load the installation disc that came with the motherboard, it goes to a Nero boot loader command line type screen where I can set the date and time but can’t install any drivers. When this happened I tried installing windows 10 straight away and it froze as soon as the logo came up. I then tried windows 7 just in case. Froze in the same place. Can anyone please advise on what I should do?

Make and model of the 780W PSU? You're going to need a bootable installer made using Windows Media Creation Tools and using a donor system, download the latest drivers off of ASRock's support site for your motherboard. What sort of an aftermarket cooling are you using for the i7-9700K?

The bios needed an update. I just forgot to check it. Thanks anyway
