Asrock Motherboard Instant Flash not Working?

So I need to update my ASRock Extreme 9/ac motherboard BIOS, however when I download the BIOS update, it is a "30 File" and not an executable, like the Windows version that Windows 10 cannot use. I assume this file is usable by the Instant Flash utility that ASRock makes you use, but when I click on Instant Flash in the BIOS, a window pops up that says "\MSI Afterburner\Help\Properties\Video Capture\VIEW_VIDEO_CAPTURE_FOLDER" and it just freezes and does not find the BIOS update file.

Use the old school way to update your BIOS, using a FAT32 formatted pen drive. You will find instructions of how to do so either on ASRock's support site or in your motherboard manual.

You didn't answer my questions on your previous thread. I'd highly suggest you go back to that thread and answer it.
