ASRock motherboard isn't booting Windows 10 from USB

This is my first build. I have an ASRock H110M Mini ITX motherboard. I am trying to boot windows 10 from a bootable USB drive I created using Rufus.exe under normal settings. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried to boot but I keep on getting the text of 'Reboot and Insert bootable device.'

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

try another flash drive
try a different usb port
download the usb version of win10 and let the setup tool create one for you

It didn't work for me.
I ended up taking my PC to a specialist and he was able to boot windows from a USB he had.
Oh well.
