[SOLVED] ASRock Motherboard trouble

Just installed the AsRockZ270 Killer SLI Motherboard, bought it twice because first time it was missing stuff and it wasn’t working , this time my pc is turning on and fans run then stop and repeat, checked wire connections and everything, i used pcpartpicker for compatibility but i think it’s wrong, i have a gtx evga 1050ti, intel i5 7500, 550W CoolerMaster PSU, Spec omega case. Suggestions?

Restart CMOS. Re sit the cpu and make sure no debris is in the socket. Also make sure that RAM is in the correct channels.
