Question ASRock motherboard weird issues after BIOS update

My PC works all day without any problem, BUT it will depend on the luck to turn it on. I use this rig for basic things since 2016, and this problem happened after flashing the BIOS (done correctly, via built-in ASRock Instant Flash) on June 17.

I tried flashing the BIOS to an older version, but it freezes in the process and I can only turn off the PC by removing the power cable.

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HG4 (current BIOS: 1.50 / previous BIOS: 1.10)
CPU: Celeron G1820
RAM: 1x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair CX450
Storage: Western Digital Black 500GB
OS: Windows 10
Drivers: downloaded from Windows Update

How do you instal the driver ? by instant flash ?
Have you try another BIOS version instead the original version ?
It's not good to removing power cable during BIOS flashing.

Done correctly, via built-in ASRock Instant Flash

I updated the BIOS by necessity.

Include BETA versions ?
and have you try another method ? I see 1.50 can updated by DOS.

If they still freeze and can't change BIOS version, I will suggest you to bring it to authorized service center, as ASRock recommended in their official site.
