The 945 IS listed. But the 955 is not. That motherboard is limited to 95W CPUs.

The CPU support list for the motherboard does not include the second one, only the first one. I don't believe there's a Black Edition 945.

You have to be careful when choosing a 945 that the model is HDX945WFK4DGI. HDX945FBK4DGI is a 125W version of the CPU and the motherboard only supports 95W CPUs. HDX945WFK4DGM is a later version of this CPU and given that no later Phenoms are validated for use of the motherboard, that may not work, either. There's a chance than a 95W Phenom IIx4 not specifically validated by the motherboard works, but that's a crapshoot.

Also, your BIOS has to be updated to at least P1.60 to run the 945.
