ASROCK N68-VGS3 FX vs FOXCONN A74ML-K 3.0

At the moment i am using this components
AMD Athlon II X3 440 3.0 ghz
FOXCONN A74ML-K 3.0
ASUS HD 7770 1GB DDR5( bought it week ago)
6 GB DDR3 RAM

i play games like assassins creed IV, battlefield 3, nfs mw 2012 ets. I have dilemma,should i buy asrock for 40$ and unlock 4th core of this cpu
(latter to get some money and buy am3+ cpu) or buy phenom ii x4 X955 3.2 ghz and put it on my currentry motherboard. I need help as soon as possible.

Buy ! "Phenom II x4 X955 3.2" processor or if u want to Over clock the existing Processor buy "ASRock N68-VGS3 FX"

the n68s are good budget boards. I have one my daughter's pc with my 455 unlocked to a Phenom II x4 b55 with no l3. I would get the asrock board and try unlocking that core first. the unlock rate of those Athlon ii x3s is pretty high, unlike the phenom ii x3s (my 720be will OC like a beast but wont even post with the 4th core unlocked at the stock 2.8ghz). If the unlock doesn't work just get an fx6300 or an fx 8core 95w cpu since that board is am3+
