i have core i7 2600k which motherboard is best for processor and gtx 970 asrock oc formula or asus v formula for overclocking and gaming for future

Tough pick, with 1155 I really leaned to the Rock mobos (especially their Z77 Extreme 4) but at the upper end I'd go the Asus Formula
