Asrock OC throttling

Im planning to buy asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0 and fx-6300 cpu with CM hyper 212 evo cooler and it is possible to OC cpu to 4.2 Ghz stable (Prime 95 running for couple of hours) and avoid thermal throttling (CPU getting underclocked). Did anyone tried this with same hardware? Tnx in advance

My setting of FX 6300 with ASUS M5A97 R2.0 managed to OC up to 4.5 stable, above that, it started BSOD'ing maybe due to my PSU quality.
The Asrock will OC just fine on 4.2, and make sure to have ample airflow to keep the VRM cool and avoid it from overheating.

For fans: I would recommend mounting CoolerMaster Sickleflow fans if you're on a tight budget. If you have the extra money, opt for a trio of Corsair AF 120 fans and replace the stock ones on the front and back and mount the third on the side panel. Aerocool Dead Silence fans are also a great pick.
