Hi there,

I was messing around to try to make my computer compatible for windows 11. I tried to change the EUFI setting or something. When it rebooted it was all dark and couldn't connect. I ended up taking out the battery and resetting the CMOS.

things are back to normal EXCEPT I cannot use my onboard LAN port. I connected 2 different ethernet cables which I confirmed are working on a different machine. When I go to
Device Manager > Network Adapters -- I only see the wifi and bluetooth, I don't see any other one.

I downloaded the latest "realtek_Lan" driver from the ASrock website and still nothing....

I use my PC for everything right now and I really need to have my fast ethernet connected! I can't live with this horrible wifi speeds.

what do I do?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5
That doesn't help us in identifying your processor/APU. Make and model of your PSU as well?

bios version: P1.50
According to your motherboard's support site, you've got BIOS updates pending. You're advised to gradually work your way up to the latest. As for your Windows 11, endeavor, you need to be on the latest BIOS version prior to venturing into Windows 11.
