Asrock P45DE (Front audio panel)

Hi I own this mb(Asrock P45DE)
http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/p45de/ (manual takes a little time to show up, page 23)

and I messed up with the front audio panel and dont know how to connect them properly. No idea which is my case, too old and I cant figure out for which type its connectors are (HD Audio or AC'97). Or it doesnt really matter and they are compatible anyway? There are five connectors..

Ear R, Ear L, GRND, Mic Data, Mic Vcc (last two really confusing)

Any ideas??

Try one, if it doesn't work, try the other. You won't break anything.

Try what? Dont get it. My mb supports HD Audio
