ASrock p67 Extreme 4 BIOS update for Windows 10

Hey everyone,

I still have an ASrock p67 Extreme 4 motherboard, and my Windows version is Windows 10. I really want to OC it, but i thought it would be smart to update the BIOS first.

When i go to the ASrock website and to the BIOS download file: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/P67%20Extreme4/index.nl.asp?cat=Download&os=BIOS. Here they specifically advice Windows 10 users to Instant Flash or Internet Flash to update the BIOS.
But I see there is only a BIOS update through Windows no Instant Flash version. Anyone can advice me what i should do to update the BIOS?

If your PC runs fine, you don't have to update the BIOS for ocing.
