Asrock P67 or Z86 board!!

Im going to upgrade my rig. In this time what is the better option or wiser regarding gen3 story, pcie 3.0,ivy bridge etc.? because im not really interested in smart response,virtu,maybe not now i think. Is it ok to by 86 because it is new chipset and use this options later,waiting to all this stuff regarding gen 3 start to work or just go with 67 mobo.

Asrock Extreme4 gen3 or

ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Professional
ASRock P67 Extreme6

p67 is old but good now it's to get z68 board like asus p8z68 vpro gen3 all in one features it have more overclocking,faster and quicker than p67.if you want to upgrade then must pick up the z68 gen3 board.
