These 2 seem to be the best priced 7900xtx right now and either is probably fine but has anyone seen any reviews or issues with their junctional temps? I found a couple and they still hit 100c but didn't appear to throttle. Anyone have a reason to think one over the other?

In all my years of buying video cards, I have owned ATi, nVidia, Albatron, XFX, Gigabyte and Sapphire. They all worked just fine and I've never considered one to be noticeably better than any other. The same was true when I worked at Tiger Direct.

If they're the same price, take the one that you like the look of better. ASRock is new to video cards but they've been making motherboards (something that is far more intricate than a video card) for decades. there might be a small difference when it comes to noise but probably not enough to matter. Just take the one that you think looks nicer because they'll both perform about the same.

What sort of a case and PSU are you working with? if the PSU's been in service for a while, please mention the age of the unit and what it'd powered prior to today.
It'll be a new build, planning on a 80+ gold 850w, whatever is a good deal at time of purchase. Building in the ASUS ap201, clearance for a 338mm card
