ASRock Q1900M Mobo how to set which Sata HD is primary

I have ordered this mobo and should be ready to setup this week. I see there are two Sata ports on the mobo. Do I go into some sort of Bios Setup or how do I ensure the drive I want to boot from is chosen? I think there is a 2_1 and 2_2 ports? Do you just connect the one you want to boot from to the 2_1 or use the mobo setup to choose?

Yes, you will have to change the boot priority in BIOS.
