guys what you think about this GPU? is it any good ? full name is

ASRock Radeon RX 570 4 GB Phantom Gaming D Core Clock/Memory OC Mode: 1293 MHz / 7028 MHz Default Mode: 1244 MHz / 7000 MHz Silent Mode: 1194 MHz / 6972 MHz 4 GB GDDR5 My CPU is i3 8100. Will it handle me good at 1080p at medium-high settings? i'm on pretty tight bugdet. In my country gpus price are really bad. this thing cost 200 usd

Thank for your reply. I also have a option to get a used 1060 3 gb OC for 140 dollars.
So the comparasion goes there. I dont know what would be better.
To buy a used 1060 3gb which has better clock, or new Asrock radeon rx 570 with lower clock but higher power usage and more vram?
Im relatively new when it comes to GPUs
