I have an AB350M with an RGB LED strip plugged directly into the motherboard and I can't turn it off under the RGB LED utility. When I go to turn it off, it displays green. Also, I can't get the red LED's to light up at all. Thanks
RGB LED strips can be plugged in backwards. Turn the connector around on the motherboard connector and you should get red and be able to turn it off.
Okay, I did this and the LED strip did not light up and my computer would not boot. I had to clear CMOS for it to boot back up. The strip still works but it still does the same thing. I contacted the seller and they determined that it was a bad strip and sent me another one. I'll have to wait and see if it's the strip or Asrocks RGB utility causing problem. Thanks.
Well I got it and put it in and it does the same thing. I checked the wiring and I think it's the program that's messed up. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it. I guess I'll contact ASrock support and ask them. Anyone have anymore ideas? Thanks.
