- and here is reading 0,775 sometimes 0.800 but its on spikes like ZERO to 0.800 ....

Is it normal is my card broken or its fine ?

That's a software reporting error. Unlikely to be a faulty card.

it shows this ..... im pretty much new to AMD i think ill have problems if the voltage REALLY drops to ZERO imo ...

PS: So i played AC Odyssey 30 min and NO PROBLEMS everything is fine everything on ULTRA it reaches 63C - also noticed when im on desktop WITHOUT moving the mouse( IDLE) with opened AMD software Clock Speed also drops to 0. when i move the mouse it spikes.
