Hello,
my friend just bought brand new Asrock RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming and have big issues with FPS spikes, mostly in older games thats not heavy GPU demanding. For example he have 40fps in Wolrd of Warcraft no matter game settings. More demanding games like Elex, Cyberpung on ultra in 1440p have at least 100fps. Its noteworth that GPU Frequency is spiking from 200 to 2000Mhz during wow gameplay.
GPU: Asrock RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700 -> Ryzen 9 5900X comming
MOBO: X570 chipset, dont know exact model
PSU: 750W
Any ideas what could be wrong. we tried to force GPU to 1000+ minimal frequency in Radeon software but it seems that doesn't affect GPU behavior. Any ideas what could be wrong? We went through a lot of thread and news that was reporting the same issue but coun't find any solution. is this still ongoing issue?
