Is it ok if a Pro RS motherboard is actually good?? Most of the ones i've come across were nowhere near as nice as this one.

Unless i needed more than 3 M.2 slots, or all those VRM phases for OC, i think the either the Steel Legend or Pro RS would make a perfectly solid motherboard.
