Asrock has some good buys , but ASUS quality is tops.

Although I do like the Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 , it's an incredible buy < I own it.

Those choices would depend on CPU, if a "K" CPU then the Asrock Z77 board since it is the only OC board. If none K and prices the same or similar I would always select Asus with the same features.

Asus Seems To Handle The Haswell Chipset Better Than Asrock , Gigabyte And MSI

Can u refer me one ASUS model for LGA 1155 which has 2x/3x/4x(more than one port) SATA 6.0 GB/S but still below $140.00 simply meaning below 8.5K mark of INR currency.

Those choices would depend on CPU, if a "K" CPU then the Asrock Z77 board since it is the only OC board. If none K and prices the same or similar I would always select Asus with the same features.
