ASROCK X370 Killer SLI Motherboard won't update

I am using the ASROCK App Store to update my bios but whenever I go to update it prompts that I first need to update BIOS to P3.00 before then updating to a new version. I'm assuming my BIOS is in the 2.0 version which is why its prompting me to first update to 3.0 but I can't find the 3.0 version anywhere to first update. Any thoughts?

You should update to the latest version 3.40 (2017/11/15).
